Vino Fine Refunds and Returns Policy

Vino Fine is an independent low-alcohol wine merchant operating in the UK. This document explains the rights you have in requesting refunds and returns on orders placed to us, and the steps we will take in response. These factors comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Returning is the process of a customer sending previously purchased goods back to Vino Fine and receiving either a refund, exchange for another item or store credit.

Vino Fine allows customers to return unopened items up to 30 days from the initial delivery date, and then we must issue either a refund, exchange for another item or store credit within 14 days, although we aim to satisfy such a situation within 48 hours. The customer reserves the right to choose between the three. You don’t have to provide a reason for the return.

Either a member of Vino Fine staff will then be authorised to collect the returned merchandise, or a courier will be employed to perform the delivery back to Vino Fine, at the expense of the customer. Orders cancelled before delivery will be recovered from the courier if possible or returned to Vino Fine at the customer’s earliest convenience if this is not possible.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality or any other aspect of an opened product within 30 days of delivery, Vino Fine will issue a refund and not expect the products to be returned. All complaints will be recorded for future reference, including comments against business practices i.e. claims of misrepresentation. Compensation may be required depending on the situation, which Vino Fine will aim to satisfy within 48 hours of the initial complaint.

Requests for returns past 30 days are at the discretion of Vino Fine, although we aim to please every customer as well as possible.
